FocusFi is a personal finance management application that helps you track expenses, income, debts, and bank accounts. The Service integrates with third-party financial services through Plaid to provide account aggregation and transaction data.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
4.1 Plaid Integration: We use Plaid Inc. to connect your financial accounts. By using this feature, you grant us and Plaid the right, power, and authority to access and transmit your information from the relevant financial institution.
4.2 Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate financial information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any financial data. You should verify all information with your financial institutions.
4.3 Not Financial Advice: The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FocusFi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINANCE TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FocusFi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
